You and two friends will enjoy a day of golf and lunch with a member of the Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia. AAC has hosted many major tournaments: U.S. Open (1976) PGA Championship (1981, 2001, 2011) U.S. Women's Open (1990) U.S. Amateur (2014) Women's PGA Championship (2021) Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC), founded in 1898, is a private athletic club in Johns Creek, Georgia, a suburb 23 miles north of Atlanta. The original home of the club was a 10-story building located on Carnegie Way, and in 1904 a golf course was built on Atlanta's East Lake property. In 1908, John Heisman (the Georgia Tech football coach for whom the Heisman Trophy was named) was hired as the AAC athletic director. The Club today is a vibrant hub of social and athletic activity for families and individuals. Two championship golf courses, nine-hole par 3 course, 42,000 sq.-ft. athletic center, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, Olympic-sized pool, beautiful club rooms and dining facilities make up an incomparable social and recreational experience. Every year since 2009 an independent survey group has ranked the Atlanta Athletic Club in the top ten of athletic clubs in the United States. This package can be booked based on the availability of the generous AAC member. He will work with the winning bidder to find a suitable play date before the close of the 2023 golf season.
